Recipe: Potato

Mahu makan makanan yang tidak berminyak?
Mahu perut tidak berminyak hari ini?

Marilah kita memasak masakan Potato selain daripada ayam atau ikan pada hari ini!


Ingredient:
  • Some oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • 4 potatoes [peeled and cut them into tiny pieces, Yummy!]
  • sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oyster sauce
  • soya sauce
  • 2 cups of hot water

Let's Start!

  1. Heat the oil and fry the garlic after putting them into the oil.
  2. Add the potato and fry them.
  3. Pour 2 cups of water and simmer.
  4. Season with pepper, salt, sugar, oyster sauce and soya sauce.
  5. Cover the wok for 10-15 minutes to tender the potatoes.
