Mahu perut tidak berminyak hari ini?
Marilah kita memasak masakan Potato selain daripada ayam atau ikan pada hari ini!
Ingredient:
- Some oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- 4 potatoes [peeled and cut them into tiny pieces, Yummy!]
- sugar
- salt
- pepper
- oyster sauce
- soya sauce
- 2 cups of hot water
Let's Start!
- Heat the oil and fry the garlic after putting them into the oil.
- Add the potato and fry them.
- Pour 2 cups of water and simmer.
- Season with pepper, salt, sugar, oyster sauce and soya sauce.
- Cover the wok for 10-15 minutes to tender the potatoes.
